Buhari mourns Obaro of Kabba

buhariPresident Muhammadu Buhari yesterday commiserated with the immediate family and Kabba people of Kogi State on the death of their monarch, Oba Michael Folorunsho Olobayo, the Obaro of Kabba, who passed on last week.
In a statement by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, Buhari also extended his condolences to Governor Yahaya Bello and the entire people of Kogi State on the loss of their eminent son and revered monarch.
The President noted that the monarch’s 30 years on the throne has witnessed peace and remarkable advancements in Kabba, and commended the late oba’s invaluable contributions to the development of the entire Kogi State.
The President prayed that God would comfort the family, friends and subjects of the departed royal father.
